The nine planetary mantras
Each of the nine grahas has its own Gayatri. Recited on the right day and to the traditional count, usually over forty days, it is the oldest remedy there is and costs nothing. It is also the one that can do no harm, which is why Acharye Rajeev will often prescribe a mantra first, and a yantra or a stone only once it is clear which graha needs the help.

Sūrya Gayatri
Chandra Gayatri
Maṅgala Gayatri
Budha Gayatri
Guru Gayatri
Śukra Gayatri
Śani Gayatri
Rāhu Gayatri
Ketu Gayatri
The counts given are the traditional totals for a full recitation, usually completed over forty days. Begin at sunrise on the day of the graha. A mantra costs nothing and cannot do harm, which is why it is often prescribed before any stone.
